“Small fires burn throughout the woods, and all the plants
for the Infusionists have been destroyed," Cormack said. "The attack came more swiftly and with
more force than the magistrate had anticipated. He did not have time to prepare
the people. There are more deaths than ever before, and resources are extremely
limited. Even the rowan tree was burned to the ground.”
